Alto El Vapor is one of the highest-elevation farms in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. This farm is woman-owned, taking up the family work of producing coffee after inheriting her grandfather's land. Alto El Vapor is very experimental with processing, striving to perfect all variables. Currently, they specialize in Natural, Honey, and anaerobic variations. The coffees we get are a natural Honey process. The Cup: Mellow cocoa and fresh berry flavors with tart citric acidity and mild sweetness.
