Johny Lemus owns a farm called San Antonio, in the Chalatenango region, where he grows Pacas variety in fertile black soil. Chalatenango, the "valley of water and sand", is El Salvador's coolest and northernmost region. Cup of Excellence coffees have come from this region.  Pequenos Project coffees are micro-lot coffees produced in small quantities. The Cup: Cocoa, praline, and fresh berry with mild almond flavor.
