Jessica, one of our original roasters, blended and blended until she found just what she was
looking for. A great coffee! She took some fabulous organic coffees from Central and South
America, played with them and came up with a solid Cup A Joe The Cup: Dark fruit with some
toasted cocoa and a very pleasant mouthfeel.
